"I decided to use the Sinu-Lift method (from IIT) for this sinus augmentation procedure due to 5mm existing bone under the sinus. The location is at #4 (which is #1.5) upper 2nd premolar area. I also placed an 11.5mm length implant at the same time (doing two miracles at the same time). Beside being gutsy, any critique or advice? Looking back, I would never imagine I can do this many implant-related procedures as I am doing now. "
